That craft, and the years of experience behind it, rarely gets the recognition it deserves outside the industry itself.

Where the industry goes from here
Like any industry, ours has real, genuine challenges — labour shortages, rising costs, and increasing complexity chief among them. We choose to see these as reasons to invest further, not reasons to slow down. That means investing in training the next generation of tradespeople properly, adopting better tools and construction technology as it becomes available, and genuinely recognising the people doing the work, not just the finished product they deliver.
